Cancellations made 48 hours before the session are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full session amount.

Yes, you're welcome to bring guests. However, due to space limitations, we recommend limiting guests to 2-3 people. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring more.

Water and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in the lounge area. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the recording booths to protect the equipment.
